So what’s everyone up to, besides not playing D4 that is.

I am enjoying the hell out of Granblue Fantasy Relink, absolutely phenomenal ARPG and easily a GotY contender. I might hop back on before the Lunar event ends just to try and hit 100 on my Barb but honestly, if the game’s not going to respect my time then I am more than content to wait until the supposed itemization rework on S4.

Rax and Wudi keep saying it’s going to be huge, but even if it is what assurances do we have that the “Even” team won’t screw it all up again as they’ve done twice in a row now?

I need to continue Mechwarrior 5 career mode.

Kept losing the Gauss Rifle on my Comstar Highlander so I raged quit and played S3.

Got to 100 in D4 season 3, its kinda meh from then on. Playing ESO, Assassins Creed Valhalla and probably play some BG3 again. Maybe play some more LE its not bad.

‘Rax and Wudi keep saying it’s going to be huge’ I dont believe the hype anymore. Track record says no so far 1 year into D4. Believe when I see it.

It could be huge if they delete 75% of affixes.

Blizzard did say big changes every 2 seasons.

It is about time for that season 4 preview.

They don’t need to delete any affixes I just need to find upgrades past level 100.

The preview won’t be coming until the end of March at the earliest, probably the first week of April actually since Easter is the last Sunday of March.

Even if they do make items awesome, they still have the lack of endgame problem to solve and how frankly, too much of it just isn’t fun.

NMDs are boring. Helltides are boring. Duriel is insanely boring.

About the only really fun encounter is the Beast in Ice. And doing all the bosses for the first time in campaign.

The strongholds were pretty awesome too, the first time around. It’s been suggested before but maybe hard mode / challenge versions could be a thing?

World Events definitely need to be more rewarding, as does Helltide (which also needs to be more dangerous as well).

I logged into D4 today for the first time in over a week juat to clear my inventory and get ready for the S4 transfer to eternal.

Had one set for durial. Figured i would go just for haha’s. GF dropped. Couldnt believe it. I have only done about 10 runs this season. Was gonna quit after i got alll my glyphs to 21 and my robot maxed.

RNGsus works in mysterious ways i guess. Looks that GF gonna go to waste.

Season 2’s preview was like a month into season 1. While the season wasn’t being well recieved. Kinda like now.

I was excited about the season, but when I arrived at Duriel’s farm it stopped, there was no way

Playing age 3 and 4 until last epoch is released but I hope they change something in S4 because it’s sad

I’m a bit addicted to Project Zomboid at the moment. I bought it during the winter sale thinking it was just a simple game to waste time on here and there when i’m bored. Boy how wrong i was, i dont even touch any other games right now, for the last 2 months i’ve only played this game, its such a good game by an indie developer.

Funny enough I saw an add for that a few hours ago.

But I am just completely absorbed by Granblue, currently watching the anime as well.

And then FF7 is out at the end of the month at which point I am going full-Hermit.

I recently tried Dragon Age and I noped out pretty early due to the many, many cutscenes.

Is the whole game just lots of cutscenes? I’d love to play it but I need combat more than cutscenes. Should I try again?

You new to BioWare games ?

They’re all like that. Except Anthem I guess, but… Well …

… Yeah I’m still upset about that game.

Yeah, Dragon Age is more of a classic rpg than an action rpg I’d say… The combat is there and it’s important but interacting with npcs and building your custom character story is just as important.

I loved the first couple of DA games, then they changed the combat style and i didnt like it.

I couldnt get into DAI.

Just playing the forum game every now and then to keep up with D4 development. It is not encouraging.

  • Besides D4, I had been playing LE a lot with my Mage/Sorcerer Lightning focus build. It’s more fun than my Sentinel build btw

  • Also been playing Counter Strike 2 Arms Race. Fun mode where every 2 kills with a gun, you are forced to use another gun until you end up with knives

  • I am also playing Tekken 8 and been practicing with a leverless controller. It’s the first time I saw this type of controller–like a dpad/arcade hybrid. It’s makes EGWF easy to execute

  • Also been messing with my gaming PC’s RGB setup lights. I feel I need more lights
