Tomorrow it’s gonna be 1 week since PTR closed and 4 weeks till the S4 should start. Would be nice if Blizzard would give us some news related to Season 4 theme and some feedback on how PTR went. Maybe announce a Campfire Chat date.

Mostly they announce seasonal theme and patch notes 1 week before season start. Patience is virtue.

They very rarely give us theme updates this far out. But I guess since originally they were planning to launch it tomorrow they probably have the theme stuff done so maybe there’s an outside chance they’ll throw us a bone.
Oh you will have news about the PTR soon enough, when you get to read the new patch notes for S4 and then you will know how it went. 
Agreed it would be nice but totally out of character for them.
From what has been datamined, it seems as if S4 if going to be Iron Wolves themed.
Hopefully it will be true. Nothing official from Blizzard yet.

They’ve been testing companions for awhile now, this is most likely it given that mercenaries are pretty much guaranteed to come with the expansion. Like it or not it’s one of the defining features of Diablo 2.
as with every season, we will have a dev stream to tell us about the new season about 1 week before the new season starts along with the patch notes right after the dev stream. figure may 6-10th timeframe

I really don´t understand why blizzard do so much secret about new seasons…
It makes non sense to me. WOW for example, we know already what will be the next 3 expansions and they show in advance the patches contents…
There have been datamined leaks about mercenaries in the expac, so yes they are comeing.
