Season 4 review; as a sorc

-Levelling this season was great. It was odd discovering that incinerate was BEST out of multiple things I tried.

-Changes to Helltide was fun.

-What happened to lightning?

-Why did Barb and Necro keep most of their PTR power and then Sorc was gimped right before the season?

-Why is the season pass BARELY doable as a sorc? WHAT is going on here?

-I am somewhere between casual and advanced. I ALWAYS roll sorc and I have rolled multiple this season and it has been REALLY sad. Why do you let THIS be a thing?

That’s it. I don’t typically generate crybaby threads but this is the first season I have felt truly crybaby as a sorc. I am used to getting the short stick but this season… what???

that not even blizz intention tho, well every op build is not their intention too.
the class designer and the guy who do the math thing should get replace

haha, That is what i discovered too. I have found just trying different things can be more entertaining then following a guide.

Ball lightning was a MISTAKE that season. I played it, discovered it was a mistake and then changed my build to charged bolts. It felt obviously wrong and boring.

To answer your question more directly: YES, I voiced my opinion at the time.

as a sorc player too i played pre season, s1 and s4. All this seasons sorc was trash tier. And either barb or necro was strongest, so yeah i feel you mate.

I even had to level up minion necro just to farm pit mats comfortly, despite the fact that I am disgusted by it’s gameplay.

The most fun fact about sorc in d4, that Fo sorc in s4 really feel like sorc and not like garbage wizard from D3. It was actually first build on a sorc that i like that much sadly this is a dog tier build.

Imho there is something wrong with sorc class designer.

I griped to my guild today about doing sorc, in the pit and oner of them posted a video of a frozen orb sorc doing Lilith in PTR… as if frozen orb is NOW what it was in the PTR. I feel like I can’t even say anything though…just nuts.

Im pretty sure no one at blizz knows math! Well, sorry, the marketing dept knows cash shop math.
