The Lootmaster objective of the Seaon Journey is not registering.
I have opened 12 tortured gifts in one Helltide, but the Lootmaster objective refuses to complete.

same here … charge barb and i spammed every mob group… i opened chests in both sides of the helltide and did not get credit for it… wasn’t sure if you had to wait til the end to get credit. does the counter reset if you go back to town to sell?

I sure hope it doesn’t reset as it’s still the same Helltide, whether you go back to town or not.

I just opened 13 chests, in a Helltide in World Tier IV and was not given credit. Can I open a ticket to get credit for this? Waste of 1 hour of my life.

Same here. Completed one with 18 living steel and another with 19. More than 25 chests across 2 helltides and no achievement.

Doesn’t work for me either. First time open 11, second time 14 chests. Today both time.

I can confirm as well. Tried 3 times in last 48 hours and 12+ chest a run… no credit.
The Seneschal one is not working either. I just equiped 5 legendary support at level 10 and no credit.

Bump. Did two separate Helltide sessions last night, opening up well over 10 chests each time. No Lootmaster achievement completion. This type of thing is beyond annoying, since it’s to finish the Seasonal quest so that I can start farming Echo of Malphas. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Or at the very least the problem should be officially acknowledged as soon as it is identified, so that they’re not wasting people’s time.

It seems to be an issue introduced by the latest patch, my clan mates are able to complete the objective prior to patch. I tried yesterday (after the patch), opened 14 chests in one helltides, and 16 chests in another helltides, objective still not shown as completed. Please help fix this, thanks!

Same did over 10 chest did not get credit for lootmaster.
Hated that challenge already in season2 even more now in season 3.
Killing everything does not matter if not enough cinders drops in time seems to differ from certain helltide areas.
Even worse if opening them and not getting credit for them.
Wish one could track challenges as with quest so it showed how man chest on opened during one helltide and how many is left.
same here, 12 chests in 35min tier4 torment, no achiev too, on PC btw
edit: waiting for a fix to retry this achiev, won’t take long to re-validate once the game is fixed
