Season 2 mount armor (strips and points) not showing up on horse vendor

Completed season pass, part 3. You get Strips and Points mount armor. I’ve looked at all the mount armor at the horse vender but it doesn’t show. Am I missing something like its on another vendor?

No, I think it’s a bug. I have the same problem, also on console. No errors or anything, the mount armor just isn’t there.

estou com o mesmo problema, mas no xbox, não veio a armadura de montaria, aparece como resgatado, mas não está em lugar algum!

Same here, I completed chapter 3 and the Slayer chapters, both mount armor and the horse are not showing on the list of my mounts.
Also, I didn’t get any consumable (like you get when you drop a new cosmetics) to use. And my bag was empty btw.

Same on PC. Claimed part three rewards, it shows as claimed, received other stuff, but not the horse armor or at least it’s neither in my inventory nor does it show up at the horse vendor. ; /

Claimed part 3 rewards on Season 2, and did not receive the Strips and Points Horse Armor either. I checked everywhere.

Same here, it says strips and points mount armor claimed. Cant find it anywhere

Same issue for me no Mount armor shoi g after claiming swason chapter 3 logged in several times and still not showing. Game is fully updated

Just claimed chapter 3 of season journey reward and did not receive strips and points mount armor (PS5)

Same issue here on xbox. Claimed chapter rewards, but mount armor or consumable not found in inventory. Have restarted game and console with no fix.

Same problem here, also i was using the blizzcon mount and it suddenly disappeared, would like to know when this issue will be fixed , wondering why this is happening to be honest

I have the same problem, barding not showing up after claiming it. Haven’t gotten the horse yet, but I fear it will be the same result there.

Gentlemen, it’s good that you report, I like the game, I would like the game to work as it should. People complain, they have the right, but let’s not lose heart! it’s better. every company makes money on games, every company wants to sell, but making a game like Diablo 4 is something. It’s better not worse so some players are with you!!!

I’m having the same issue :frowning:
No error popped up when claiming, but the reward is nowhere to be found.
