The issues ive found so far on Xbox Series X.
Only 1 player is able to use the Sanctify doesnt seem to matter who uses it first, only the first player to interact with it is able to use it.
Player one is not able to access the season tab on the inventory screen unless player 2 leaves the game.
Only showing player ones shards and hearts in helltide
XP Shrine in NM dungeons only affects the playere that clicks it, the other is unable to click to use.
I can confirm all of these bugs on PS5.
Couch co-op been broken for ages

I have all these issues on PS5. I am convinced that Blizzard does 0 testing on console, especially when it comes to coop. Some bugs have been there for months.

On PS5:
If player 2 has their inventory open, and player 1 opens an NPC like the blacksmith, player 2 has their cursor reset to the starting position, the upper left. This feels like an evolution of the existing couch coop window bugs that have gone unfixed for a very long time. It also feels like it could be related to the Sanctification window problem.
We will do some more testing and see if we can get any more details on this bug, but it can be reproduced 100% of the time as described above.

Makes it super fun to try and work out where the f%#k I am during big fights with AoE that kills me…

I have these same issues. The season tab for player one is super frustrating. Blizzard please fix these issues.
I can confirm all this on xbox. It is like AI slop coding. Every season brings new bugs and nothing is fixed. It’s like spitting in the customer’s face.
Same issues on Xbox series S, keep having to have player 2 log out so I can do anything
I have all the same bugs, hopefully someone at blizzard reads these forums. The lack of QA is disappointing.
My husband and I are experiencing all of these. Seriously affecting our enjoyment.

I can confirm these issues on Xbox Series X.
There is also a new one: When player 2 tries to access the map, season journey, collections etc. the game straight up crashes. Happened twice now.
On PS5 also a lightening flash occurs when I get on my horse and while I’m riding. The game also kicks off player 2 if player 1 tries to open a screen ( blacksmith jeweler etc), only one player can access at a time the bugs are getting so bad it’s becoming very frustrating!!
Bump, really wish someone would start caring about the co-op bugs. Very disheartening
