Doing Sealed Archives, Halls of Immurement, says to slay the Decayed Keymaster and collect the Rotten Key. I have completely cleared the halls and no Keymaster spawned.

Having the exact same problem. I’ve tried resetting the dungeon multiple times and starting over, no Keymaster.
Same problem here. The keymaster is a lie… there is no keymaster.
