Rather than trashing this, I want to float a suggestion for discussion:
Maybe we could have an option for using it to reset our masterworking instead of adding temper charges?
That, or maybe make a value for selling like the boss mats, even $1M each would be better than hoarding 100+ while waiting for the next upgrade that we will only ever be able to use of them on.
Wow. You must have great RNG to never have to waste Scroll of Restoration on brick gear. Here I am wish I can use more than one scroll on the same item.
Scroll of Restoration needs to go.
Tempering needs to be changed to use runes, more mats, whatever but allow the player to choose the temper they want.
Masterworking can stay the same overall except reset one tier at a time.
Not really, I just farm the seething realm repeatedly for XP, and I never get any new gear to inevitably brick, as well as all the gear I’m using I’ve already used the scroll on once 
Also using a build that has 5-6 uniques so not tempering as much as others may be
