It happens when loading between areas. Game doesnt crash. Can still see some overlays but main game screen stays black. Found this happens if when i load to a new area and mouse over to second monitor while its loading. Only thing can do is press esc and quit the client and relaunch.
If your Max Background FPS is set too low try increasing it to at least 30 or 60 FPS.
Options > Graphics > Performance
