Screen flicker/lines

Screen constantly flickering with vertical lines all the way across it. Did not happen on beta. I have tried with and without the newest nvidia drivers. I have tried with and without vsync, all different video settings both on card options and in game.

RTX 3050 laptop, ran game perfectly on high during beta. Flicker slows if i click in the other monitor. Flicker completely stops if I open character pane or any other panel.

Edit: This problem is remedied by turning the brightness up in game, which sort of ruins the look of everything.

Having exactly the same issue, problem disappears when you open a menu.

Sounds like a refresh issue.

Does this laptop have a variable refresh rate? You may need to turn that off or set it to one refresh, not let it vary.

Then set the FPS to be capped no higher than 5FPS above the refresh.

For example, my laptop has a 144hz capable panel, but if has variable Hz enabled, it can be 72, or 144. I have it set at 144 in the desktop.

Then I have the game set to 150FPS cap in the game.

Game then plays at 144FPS to match the monitor.

i find a solution!!!

Go into Nvidia setting active Go set up Gsync and put Fullscreen AND window mode it fixed for me!
