Was fighting with no problem, then went into the city, turned in a quest, and all of a sudden my character could move with the mouse, all functions worked fine as in opening up character, inventory, map…etc, but the screen did not follow the player when I tried to walk around. It was locked in place. Reset options to default, that didnt fix it so I had to log out to character screen and log back in to fix the problem. Oh also tried to move using a game controller, that did not work either.
