We have had multiple patches and it seems we only get bug fixes for streamer builds as these boots have been reported bugged for awhile now. They grant barrier via base life not max life. Making this affix absolutely useless.
This is a whole unique item not working properly seems like a big deal to me.
Also these override the tunderspike evade ability even though it counts as evading in all other ways. If this is intended it need to be clarified
