I’m experiencing issues with The Schnoz pet I purchased for Diablo IV, for 2,800 platinum.

The pet seems to be appearing and disappearing randomly, resummoning it fixes it for about 5 minutes - after which it happens again.
The pet also experiences getting the “unchained” icon above them in nightmare dungeons, open world parts of the map, helltides and running off in random directions, not picking up items anymore.
Could I please ask this to be investigated and fixed? Forking out nearly $30 dollars for a pet that doesn’t pick up materials is really far from ideal.

Same issue. Not even fixed in today’s hot fix. This is pretty unacceptable. I’ve stood up for this game so much and seeing this shotty dev work is massively disappointing. I paid 2800 plat for a pet that doesn’t even function like the rest. Pay2lose. This should be the easiest fix in the book seeing all pets act the same and this is just a skin.

I’m having the same issue, but I’m assuming it was a reference towards the Berserk manga since it ran away, so I think it’s perpetually feared which makes it a pretty bad pet if intentional

I also wondered if it might be a nod (kind of funny if so), but it also blinks around in and out of existence, sometimes disappears completely … seems like it’s got numerous problems.

I have the same problem, spend my money for something that I can´t use.
Schnoz is running away and didn´collect anything, it´s like bying a car that doesen´t move.
This season is so disappointing.
- Pet doesn’t work.
- Constant crashes due to memory issues.
- Infernal Horde is completely buggy.
- Pit does not show the Portal sometimes.
- Finding legendary Runes is harder than win a lottery
Theme Belial was a good idea, but how you bring him to the game was total crap.
No story, no cinematics no love for the game.

same problem as well, it just keeps aggro breaking and running away from every fight, completely stopping to pick up anything.
It’s in the patch notes for tomorrow.
