Throughout my playthrough i’ve encountered this issue twice. the first time was after killing asteroth in the campaign. my progress got stuck after he died and i had to relog to reset the quest and kill him again. the second time was just now, fighting the last boss in the capstone dungeon. after he disappeared the first time during the fight he never returned. had to leave the dungeon and start all over. zzzz
