It’s there. First two loot goblins I killed right after the patch both dropped a prism.

It’s working - getting more of them now but they are still uncommon which is not a bad thing.
Got 3 instead of 1 from Avarice last night. It is working.
Just gotta kill more goblins, and hope you’re on when a World Boss spawns, or kill the Butcher.
Test on the next world boss. You should get three prisms on WT4, and two on WT3. If you get either of those scenarios, it’s working. I got three from each of the WT4 bosses I did since the patch came out.
Also, check those cellars. They can contain 3-packs of goblins or the butcher. They’re rare, but if you happen by a cellar, check it just in case.

Long wait just for a 0.05 seconds kill to get the mats
Not calculated well at all and its a major stick in the wheels…
Should drop from high nm dongeons and pits 50+
Otherwise its just wasting ppl time
