According to the patch notes:
- Sayeena has become a vendor that sells Oath Scrolls in exchange for Spectral Ash. Oath Scrolls can be consumed to gain Unveiler’s Oath reputation. Sayeena can be found near the Reputation Board in Tarsarak.
Yet when I go there to spend my 10,000+ Spectral Ashes she doesn’t show. What gives? Any idea why she doesn’t show up?
Update: It appears Sayeena’s disposition to either appear or sell scrolls is tied to the seasonal quest line but with no discernable rhyme or reason. For example she appears and sells scrolls to toons at the very start of the quest line but disappears thru out. Even after killing Belial in his ‘true’ form in the temple she appears but refuses to sell scrolls. That is until you’ve earned the Resplendent Spark reward. After that she’ll sell you all the non-stacking scrolls to you stuff into you Consumables inventory tab.
Bottom line she appears to be basically an excuse to roll alts solely to get Resplendent Sparks. Actually playing the quest line with alts punishes the player. What troll in your UX team thought this up?
