I am doing my best to ignore all the negative comments/youtube/streamers etc. I honestly have been having fun up until 100.
The main reason I’m frustrated is because I want to do all the game has to offer but for whatever reason there is no option to save builds/boards/gear setups.
I have had a ton of fun running around in the pvp zone farming/dueling etc, but I have many holes in my gear and NM farming is required because the pvp vendor doesn’t sell weapons/rings/amulets.
I don’t care about the gold cost, but for the love of god give us a way to save builds.

May I suggest pencil and paper (or spreadsheet?) Or one of those online trackers. At least that way you know for sure what you had previously selected.
Real pain though that paragon board. I’m sure someone is hitting their KPI due to all mouse clicks to re-do paragon board counting as engagement and fun.
100%, I changed my build around level 92, spent a couple hours researching boards and which abilities I would like to try. I changed my build, talents and boards, and spent a couple million gold doing it. I didn’t like the new build but had no way to revert back to the old build that sucked less. That was the last time I played, right in the beginning of the first season. I check the patch notes every time to see if they added the ability to save builds, it’s really the only thing I disliked about the game. It feels like a punishment to try different things.

A D3 style armory is long overdue. I would love to have a build for speed farming and one for pushing and switch between the two on the fly like in D3.

Just to refresh this OP.
PLEASE make a way to save builds in the next season, or in the near future. At the moment switching builds is so difficult that most of us do not even try anymore. I just make a build recommended by one of the 24/7 streamers and I play it the whole season.
Last season I tried several builds per class, it was so hard to switch and test that for this season I gave up and I am playing HOTA the whole time. Tried making WW just to see the possibilities and gave up halfway.
The seasons are very dynamic, now they have so much content to play and I would say maybe 5-10% of players have the time to do switching and testing (share builds within very active groups or clans), the rest of us just go along or some players just don’t play end game content.
I have other remarks as well but will put those in other appropriate treads so we don’t lose point here.
PLESE GIVE US OPTION TO SAVE BUILDS.

(i find it amusing people don’t know how to use google or bard/copilot)
Excellent question. How incredible would it be to change from a push build to a PVP build with a button click? That would be such a quality of life improvement. Turns out both directors agree that would be exciting, and can envision it in Diablo 4‘s future.
They are such clowns. You can clearly see they never even looked at D3. Instead of building upon the great baseline achieved over years of iterations they felt oh-so-clever and made everything from scratch ending up with that half-baked disaster we are seeing now.
i think they know the answers but pretend they don’t so they can sell patches (expansions), i think that’s all it comes down to… its kind of like a drug dealer giving you a small dose or some mild pill and then he lures you in the back alley and goes “if you buy this, you’re really going to trip out”
its cat and mouse tactic, from the corporate executives
