When you enter this dungeon, you spawn inside the Queen’s Lair boss room, rather than at the entrance in Infested Tunnels, and since you can spawn literally inside an enemy pack, this is something that needs to be fixed, the sooner, the better.
I almost died as I spawned next to a burning elite which took out 80% of my health before I could even get my bearings from the fade-in.
