Pretorment IGGY was able to sanctify everything at once at one location. You dont need to find a separate thing to do it on each piece of gear sub torment so meta maybe is going to be just take a billion highest item power items you can and roll sanctify on hundreds and get double aspect gear on non ancestrals which will beat out any ancestral item you get that does not gain 2nd aspect.
