Salvaging higher aspect value doesn't update the codex

Console Bug Report

Just salvaged a better value of Aspect of the Frozen Wake that I found on a ring.

Unfortunately, upon salvaging no pop-up appeared that Aspect of the Frozen Wake was upgraded.

Codex is still stuck on 3.5%
