Items with Max Aspect upgrades are not being registered in the codex after salavaging. I Salvaged 11 items, out of which 2 had max power upgrades. Others registered into the codex except for the max upgrade items.

yes, that happens from time to time, known bug, happened to me at least 5 times
Did you check if the items were ancestral legendaries? Ancestral items roll higher than non-ancestrals. You can get max aspects only from ancestral items and there is icon on the item, if it upgrades your aspect higher than your codex.

I found ancestral legendary amulet with +3 to skeletal mage and warriors. I found a better amulet as in the stats. So I wanted to upgrade the affix in the codex by destroying it. I did and it did not upgrade to 3 is says 2 is max!? Ok wth how did mine say 3 then! It’s driving me nuts. Now I am stuck with less minions and I’ve pumped points into the more the minions bonuses. What can I do? Beside pray for another one to drop

Affixes on amulet give +50% and 2-hander +100%. So actually +2 is +3 on amulet or +4 on two-hander.
