Ok… absolutely sick of flavor the season classes. Getting to T4 and not being able to kill a boss is crappy garbage disappointment.
What specs are viable in S9?
Keep in mind any tier list should be taken with a grain of salt. With all the changes going around this is just ‘best guess’ what will be good. Also depends on your goal for the season. What do you hope to accomplish?
what BS tier, list flay is never S tier build. max B tier

I saw nothing on disabled skills or classes, so Necro, Rouge, Barbarian, Sorceress, Spiritborne and Druid are viable Classes. All with different core or mastery or ultimate build variants.
Hmmmm… There are a lot of “S” tier Barbarians on that Icy-Veins website, which makes me wonder?
This just means you dont understand how to make your character stronger.
