Bone Spear won’t be on Teir List since dev capped Aspect of Serration at 45%, Indira’s Memory still bugged, and the whole Overpower is nerfed again. They want players to play minion in this season.
By the way, thank you for information. 
Kind of silly. Poison Noxious Resonance is gonna be better than all these.
I already played Bone Spear this season.
With the changes in 2.2.0 it will be even stronger so it’s definitely gonna be one of the strongest builds in season 8.
The reliance on Bone Prison for Overpower makes it quite clunky and slow though.
That said, Maxroll tier lists are not very good.
Aspect of Serration and Ossified Essence Key passive are not used in the endgame Bone Spear build.
The nerf on Dominate glyph doesn’t weaken the build that much.

Maxroll tier lists are trash. Especially Necromancer side. I remember one time pre-season I made a speculative tier list, so I guess all the other content creators did too. I said one thing, Mac said the opposite (and what he said made no sense, I genuinely feel like he was saying those things to spite that build). I ended up being mostly right. Maxroll had to go back and change it AFTER ppl figured stuff out (which means their speculative list was absolutely worthless due to it being wrong).

Dunno if it’s up your alley, but I reckon Blizz could use someone on the team who’s got the interest to work tier lists (ie forecast relative power of builds and being across all the capabilities and interactions). Guide where attention is needed on balance and build diversity.

I can do that but I don’t have the time to. I’d have to be on Diablo 24/7 doing nothing but following the game, playing the game and follow other people around. That is wayyyyy too much for me and especially doing so for free. I’d have to get paid & they wouldn’t hire me anyways.
Mighty Throw Barb is going to put that list to shame. It is going to be so broken.

and, just like every season before, tier lists dont mean anything at this point, especially now where blizzard said they want to do early season balancing.
Funny tho, didnt jemuzu start 2 threads recently that EQ doesnt work at all anymore because… you know, forum balancing team math?
Eventually barbs should go crazy there because maxroll said something different!

If Blizzard follows through and does early season balancing these tier lists won’t last long.
But when I say this we don’t know how good the supposed balancing will be done.

S8 tier list but the builds have the witch powers?
I mean they added a new “borderline GG” item on Sorc for Ice-Shards, so whaddya know… 
What? No Sorcerer?? Figures… I’m sure one will be made later on in the season -_-

Im 100% sure the levitating 
wearing a chinese hat and using a magical harp, shooting ghastly bladeweapons with every

Based on calculations, Bloodwave still king of Season 8.
You cant beat numbers. And Bloodwave is super easy to use, just 1 click skill build.

Maxroll is kinda like Wikipedia - good place as a starting reference point, but if writing a term paper in college don’t you dare list it as one of your sources.
They are not the be all and end all of tier lists.
