I’ve been seeing a sorcerer build where someone is standing at an Orange Tree Thing (b/c I don’t know names for things) event and they stand like 100ft away and are holding a stream of balls at the tree, just waiting, seemingly, for it to pop. At first I thought it might be the bowling variant of the Ball Lightning build, but when I get that configured, the balls don’t look the same. Mine are much larger, travel faster, and lots more space in between. The other person has really small balls and they kinda go slower and are much more packed together in a straight line.
Just curious, looks interesting. 
Sounds like you’re using Strike of Stormhorn and they weren’t.

Sounds like regular BL and it’s not even a BL build. It’s most likely a LS build.
oh, that could be a lightning spear build. ball lightning is just a tool to proc more lightning spears from unstable current because it is the second fastest lightning skill behind teleport. it also drops crackling energy to pick up in order to spawn more lightning spears, helping to maintain the constant max of 12 lightning spears.

Sadly I haven’t found a video, just the same person from time to time. I’m using a BL, and flip have the Okun’s, flipping to Stormhorn to try out the Bowling variant, thinking that would do it. Maybe it’s the Stormhorn that makes them bigger and faster like that, and if I had some other focus.
Thanks, appreciate the input. Will try to talk to them again when I see them. Usually only see them at orange bulb events, so pretty chaotic.
We definitely need more posts about balls size.
