As the release of Season 6 and the first expansion VoH is fast approaching, I wanted to propose to the devs to add argubly the most infamous item in the Diablo universe to the game, namely the Stone of Jordan…

Randomly spawns with only one Elemental Damage (varies):
+25% Physical Damage
+25% Fire Damage
+25% Cold Damage
+25% Lightning Damage
+25% Poison Damage
+25% Shadow Damage
1 Socket (always spawns with socket)
When you sell Stone of Jordan to a vendor, there is a chance to spawn a Tormented Boss in the Overworld.
It would be fun to find an SoJ that increases your max resource pool by 25%, randomly spawning with one Elemental Damage and +1 to every Skill Rank. Getting this would give you a huge dopamine hit if you found one. Plus it would retain its low level requirement, so you could share it with your next character. Lastly, it should be a general unique so people are more likely to sell to vendors.
I dont like this version. It doesnt seem good enuf. Axial conduit is adding way more % resource.

All your skills gain the lightning tag and do a bonus 20% of their damage as lightning damage.
True, but Axial Conduit required level is 68, whereas SoJ is only 29. If you found this ring, you could use it on fairly new characters. But, I like your idea about adding a lightning tag to your skills, that could be an interesting twist.
+250 all stats
+7 to all fire skills
+1 to all fire passives that have a point allocated.
15% Super Lucky hit (Super lucky hit is lucky hit but rolls twice)
Fire skills refund all resource costs if they lucky hit
Lucky hit 5% - Damage all enemies you can see with 25,000 unresistable fire damage and ignite and immobilze them for 1s.
Make 2 of them a set that always drops together - The Stones of Jordan. Set bonus 1) - 50% bonus magic find to any material target farmed for at least 8 hours in a row. 2) McDonalds uniform transmog while worn.
Those would be great additions. I would also add Stormshield, Crown Of Ages, Schaefer’s Hammer, Messerschmidt’s Reaver, The Cranium Basher and Raven Frost.
