I never did like killing the world boss in a matter of like 2-5seconds

I can’t say, as I’m still in WT2 with the fiancé. We just hit 40 tonight. We did kill the World Boss though, but it’s WT2, so I didn’t notice much of a change at that World Tier mind you. Took us a few minutes, wasn’t too bad. If WT3 and 4 are similar or they take longer I’m ok with that. As long as we aren’t failing to kill the World Boss I honestly don’t mind.

I’ve killed a few in WT4 and it felt pretty much the same as WT2. I’d say it’s shocking how many people don’t know the fights and just die non stop but it’s really not all that shocking as they’ve been used to them dying in 1 second for a year.

Or at least wait to complain until after I decide to go against my word and make a S5 character.

I’ll be forming a clan solely to assist in preserving world bosses. We will be blessing them with as much resilience as possible then watching the bosses happily escape from their would be oppressors.

thats because in the past, barbs would 1 hit the world boss before it finish appearing so the mech of the fight was go there, stand with your arms open to catch the loot.

hardly feels like a boss, its just a damage sponge that just takes 4 more minutes to kill than it used to

This community has to complain about something. I love the changes to the world boss myself. Feels like a real fight now.

Only did WB in Eternal so far. Compared to previous season, sure WB just takes more time to kill. Last season, I would spend a couple of minutes waiting for the WB to appear/die, happened more or less simultaneously, collect the rewards and leave. Now, at least I participate to the fight. There is progress, still a lot of room for improvement but still better than before, at least for me.

did they add a dps into diablo 4?!?! oh man that would be wicked if they did.

I think they did the WB good… but it can still be approved.

Right when the WB started it Ended up being in a Hell tide zone… meteors began to fall and random minions started to spawn (which could easily bring a hell born).

IMO thats what the WB needs more of… “Variety”.

I don’t know why people keep dyeing to the WB though, it hasn’t changed, it’s move set hasn’t changed! People just can’t Dodge!

idk what your all on about here, world bosses still die in less than a minute. t3 and t4 at least from my perspective

Yeah it lasts longer and feels better now as a boss, but it probably doesn’t do enough damage. It also doesn’t drop anything great.

No, to me it feels like World of Warcraft now. It just doesn’t fit Diablo. in Diablo, after investing a lot in the character, you have to be able to destroy everything in the shortest amount of time.

I waited until T3 to take a run at a world boss. Good mix level small group. Since I usually run as a Rogue, I decided I wanted to see if I could pull a Dash attack. Funny enough, it worked and killed the thing right at the end of its remaining life.
