I am not sure but it feels like they were buffed.
I play rogue with the same set of build from S4, now I am struggling to kill a tormented boss in a 3 - 4 man party.
I just noticed that there’s a debuff icon. when was this implemented?
it has been recently added. basically the same as for uber lilith. They dont really one shot you anymore, however, upon getting hit, youll get debuff stacks, which will increase the damage you further receive in that encounter.

Oh i see, so you need to get hit for you to get the debuff.
