I hope blood surge build will be a thing for S tier in S5. I really want to try blood wave and blood surge build.
For Sorc, there is def going to be more than 1 S tier build emerging. Fireball, Incinerate all looks sharp, and of course chain lightening with the new Unique Axiol Conduit pant.
Oh don’t forget, 99% of the S tier build is going to use Helm of Lucion / Locran talisman + a resource generator AKA basic skills

Oh ya AOE clear is going to be big focus for Inferno horde, even the final boss council comes in 3. That is why I think Blood Surge might be S tier for S5. I am betting on Macrobioboi to come up with S tier blood surge build haha.
