Up ! Same issue here, (PC) Eu server and all the things reported by people, and 12/10 favors.
I’m on WT2 and need to valid on tree to go WT3 (don’t want to loose my precious rewards :p)

I am encountering the same issue at world tier 3. It says choose reward but no choices can be seen.

Same issue is happening to me. US servers. Logged out check for update but did not see any then reported the bug via battlenet desktop app.
