Saw a video posted by Rob awhile ago, seems like there’s a high chance of getting 1 uber per run.
However the only challenge here is that boss tends to nearly 1 shot toons.
So, aside from memorizing the boss mechanics.
What kind of gear are you gonna need?
e.g. against tormented duriel, (max armor cap of 9k+ w/ 75% + poison resist cap)
Don’t get hit.
Play Necro to farm Ubers. Especially duriel. You can’t get directly hit by boss more than twice because of torment stacks, however, Necro can use his mage casters to hide behind the duriel poison ball spray knock back to avoid the stacks till you masterwork enough to destroy him easily.
Interesting Strategy.
I have beaten tormented Duriel a few times while playing as a necro. Pretty much used my summoned ads to deal with the boss while reviving others. Latest run, I didn’t even need to use a potion. But you better have some players than can do some damage. My role was mostly support. Good luck!

If you play a Minion build, just use the Holy Bolt elixir. It’s the best build to farm Tormented Dur/Andy.
that’s not bad advice at all. Given that leveling up alts grants you about 5 stygian stones and 1 spark, and that it takes like… 5 hours or so to max wolf rep? it is worthwhile. I already have 2 necros 1 sorc 1 rogue and 1barb, used all those mats in killing tormented bosses (like 10 summons) and only 1 uber dropped for my bf and none for me. On the bright side I crafted a shako and got to experience really nice classes and builds.
