So is there a character that can take advantage having of all the mystic and only unique with the proper skills in place.
sorc… many builds you can do with only uniques and legendaries if you realy want too.
i often leave some room for legendaries. but also ran complete unique build

Depend what your goal is.
I have one with only 1GA staff.
And 6 other 1GA items, I’m at T3 know, but I’ve done Pit 65 with it.
Not fully Unique and Mythic, I might ad.
I mean not having any tempers/lego aspects will cost you a pretty penny. Bloodwave is the only build where I see thing functioning at a high level, and that’s only because the skill itself is way overtuned this season. No other skills base dmg is high enough to really work in t4 w/o lego aspects modifying its damage

depends on the tempers and what items those tempers should go…
uniques have 4 affixes so you only lose 1 (but unique powers make up for this most of the time and the rolls can be higher then on legendary) half the items i just throw what ever temper i can on it just for it to be there (not caring what it is as nothing on that slot would help my build)
swapped off my frostburns for iluminators and just put a chance to freeze temper on my pants… however, IF i would want to run a full unique build i would just use icehearts and pretty much have the same.
it can work… but you do need to know your uniques and what stuff your build needs. seen a full unique sorc. run pit 100+ and doing fine.
the only problem with running full unique is that all affixes are there. so let’s say running tyraels (i know it’s a mythic) with yen’s and other items with elemental resistance on them will be overkill so you’re looking to match your uniques so you still have the affixes you need without stacking stuff like armor and resistance beyond the required point.
Barb can equip 6 Mythics at once, leaving space for 6 other uniques.
It probably won’t be great, should be able to do T4 though
FB Sorc can easily use just mythics and Uniques and do T4. Amulet is going to be the weak link though…
