The runic Threshold cosmetic is a cosmetic that came with a seasonal battle pass I purchased. The cosmetic is no longer available for me to use on my current seasonal character or when I start a new character. It is available on older seasonal characters that have converted to the eternal realm that I had it equipped on. I have tried the repair program option as well as deleting the game and reinstalling, but it is still not available for my current seasonal character or any new characters I create.
