im trying to use Cir+Mot (cast the same non-channeled skill 3 times for 50 offering + for 150 offering gain a shadow from the rouges dusk shroud skill) on my rogue and its not working. on the action bar its showing as being gray, why is this?
edit: the skill im using to try and proc it is heartseeker .
