Runecrafting Option Greyed-Out and Unavailable

I checked the Jeweler at The Tree of Whispers and at Cerrigar and both places don’t allow me to utilize Rune-Crafting. I’m playing a spiritborn and I have the Wings from the upgraded edition, so I definitely have the expansion.

Is there some way I can re-enable Rune-Crafting? I’m already a decent way into the campaign story; I’ve already defeated Ah Bulan.

Edit: Today, I have the option back again.

Mine is doing the same thing but hasnt come back on. I literally have beaten the campaign and have a bunch of stuff but just didnt know it was a part of the game. HOW DO I GET MINE UNGREY PLEASE HELP

In order to unlock the rune crafting tab, you need to finish the Vessel of Hatred main story quest line (for those who have it greyed out, even after buying the expansion).
