I get there’s some RNG to the process but I just tried updating nearly 40 sets of runes… 117 in all, 96 blue/magic and 21 yellow/rare. None of them, not a single one, upgrade to a higher tier.
I’ve had it work in the past so I was a bit shocked to have it go 0 for 39. Anyone else getting the same thing or are you actually getting them to upgrade?
