Friend did not receive runes that were added to trade window after the item was split. If the rune stack is not split the item is received. Now I’m down multiple runes and my friend did not receive the ones I’m out. Bummer.

This just happened to me across two different trades. Had 4 BAC runes and split a stack of 3 to trade. Then in another trade had 3 EOM runes and split 1 to trade. In both cases the trade showed complete with the other party but they do not have them in their inventory.

I just replied to another post after having the same thing happen to me and my friend, apparently if you split the stack into the trade window it will cause them to disappear. split them into inventory first then move them over.
Me too. At approximately 11:45 PM on 10/27/2024, my friend traded me 4 BAC, but after accepting the trade, I couldn’t find them in my inventory. He then sent an additional 4 BAC, but they still don’t appear in my inventory.
Looks like multiple posts have reported the bug where splitting stacks of runes and then using the in-game trading feature doesn’t successfully transfer the runes yet they are still removed from the original player’s inventory.
Have the devs acknowledged this bug yet?? Is there no option for restoring the runes that the in-game trading mechanism effectively destroyed?
