So the only options I have is to reforge runes (I swore I saw some screens saying something like create a random rune).
I don’t have any options to create random runes, all I get is the chance to reforge 3 runes into exactly the same rune. What gives ? Bugged ? Broken ? Or am I missing some quest that isn’t showing up for me ?
The whole rune system is funked, especially with the mythic crafting they destroyed it.
I got a legendary from reforging 3 rares once. But yeah the rune system is meh.

no, you use 3 runes to forge a random rune.
Rune Reforging - Consume 3 runes to forge a random rune of the same quality, with 15% a chance to forge a rune of higher quality.
The crafting UI only shows the ingredients you’re putting in. Because the result will be random.
I guess you didnt buy VoH. Anyone who purchased VoH has access to runes and the ability to goto the jewler to use 3 runes to get back a random rune.
Oh, you just lost at RNG. It happens but its just RNG.
I dont think OP knows what RNG is. I mean Ive ranomized a ton of runes. Have I gotten the same one back once or twice? Yes, but thats RNG.
The UI is bugged. It always tells you you receive the same rune you just used 3 of for crafting. In reality, you get a random one of the same or better (small chance) rarity.
