Rubberbanding only while streaming on OBS after last update

Anyone else rubberbanding or lagging?

After the update on Nov. 11th my game starts rubberbanding and lagging while I am trying to stream using OBS.

Graphics settings have been turned down to Low from High and still the issue persist

I have no updates for my GPU or for OBS currently, so the only change has been the Diablo update on the 11th.

Don’t stream then, simple as.

Just streamed last night, was helping some people through the Dark Citadel, while watching two other streams, also on discord, in the bnet voice chat, and watching YouTube videos. I had no lag what so ever.

Download more bandwidth from your isp

Rubberbanding isn’t really related to your FPS but more to do with your internet connection to the games server. You could check your upload bandwidth and see if its saturating. If your streaming to Twitch, web search for Twitch Analyzer and put in your channels URL and test. Most people think of download speed when gaming but uploading is just as critical. Check that your meeting the requirements for the quality of streaming your providing.

I have a 1 gb fiber line and am averaging 890 mbs up and down

Is it still rubberbanding? Everyone knows the server lags when running around the map especially moving from town to world map when the server changes instances or at times during world boss fights. Or maybe your ISP could have been experiencing some issues during your stream.

I am going to be totally honest with you. Dont waste your time bringing up latency issues in this forum. I have done it before and the response will more often than not be people that have absolutely no idea how the infrastructure works explaining to you that your bandwidth means nothing because of some magical issues between you and Blizzards supposedly flawless backend based on the fact that they have never observed any issue. Every single season since this game came out I experience issues with rubber banding and network disconnects that at times have the capacity to bring down my entire wan connection and disconnect all endpoints on my network from the internet. It without fail ONLY happens when I play diablo 4 and never occurs with any other live service game or as general drops during other streaming/ non D4 gaming uses. It ALWAYS magically disappears when I quit for the season, and inevitably comes back as soon as I start playing Diablo again the following season. Are there configurations in which people experience issues and other don’t? I don’t know, seems so, but the performance issues are without question tied directly to Blizzard. They are not present with my WAN connection, my network hardware (has all been replaced) or my PC (also on a second platform at this point) sans Diablo 4. How or why it is present for others (of which there is plenty of instances cited online) I dont know but there is definitely issues with the netcode for this game. If it works for you. Fantastic, for a lot of people it doesnt, it is not on their end and if you are experiencing these issues you should feel confident at this point that nothing will ever be done to correct it.

Found the issue to be an update with my fiber equipment. it just happend to also coincide with the lastest update on the 11th. For whatever reason my equipment did not restart and was severely throttling my bandwidth.
