Diablo 4 is unplayable on ps5, my connection is 400mbs. None of my other games Lag online. Only D4, I live in the QC region Im certain that it’s their Servers. Cross play disabled , WIRED CONNECTION. Nothing works

Clearly their servers are having problems, all I got from them was “check your connection”. I’m not stupid my internet is 1.5gbs Download 700mbs up on PS5 its Over 400mbs, we used to game on 25mbs with 0 lag what happened???

I decided to uninstall and reinstall. I had not done so since the server slam/beta. I don’t know if that was the reason, but now it works. It’s not perfect, but it is 1000x better. I’m beginning to wonder if it had something to do with corrupted game files due to the server slam/beta file. Might be worth a shot for you.

I booted up again today, and…… nope. Totally unplayable again. I give up. I deleted it for good.
I’m right there with you. It has been so jerky it’s unplayable. Was fine since launch and now it’s horrible. Forget partying up than it’s even worse. My Internet runs fine for literally everything else. I really wish they would fix it.
Honestly the absolute worst part is the lack of communication, you can’t even reach out to them. They expect us to play an EXTREMELY LAGGY game during the worst season so far. FIX THE CONNECTION ISSUES PLEASE
