The drop rate on Roothold keys is EXTREMELY low. It’s a seasonal mechanic that we can’t even play. I farm the hell out of witchtide zones and it feels like an actual waste of time. Not as bad as Infernal Hordes though which is now COMPLETELY useless. Ran a 10 wave key and got just barely 500 essence or whatever. Are you serious? Last season you could pull 1500+ in a run, but I digress.

Got to agree here. They nerfed the hell out of hordes
I do, but the boss from the (I’m gonna call it) “orange egg” should always drop one of these sigils. That would feel waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. Otherwise, what? Farm obols and hope you find a silent chest and then hope that silent chest gives you a sigil? So dumb. Orange Egg drops sigils. Fixed.
I got over 1500 recently. But it does feel like the good boon choices are quite rare now. Maybe it’s bad luck though. They may have nerfed it.
And why did they nerf the obol vendor? It was okay last season but now they’re worthless again.
