Rogue Victimize Key Passive Improvement

Victimize can get a bit more love to make it more desirable

  • Remove the restriction of Direct Damage to just any type of damage, this will make even DOT from poison ticks trigger victimize
  • Add some similar to the Shared Misery Aspect, eg enemies hit by the explosion waves can have a chance to spread crowd control and other effects such as DOT ticks
  • Increase the damage a bit from 23% of the initial base damage to either 40% or from the total resulted damage including multipliers

I think victimise is bugged to do less damage than it’s supposed to, so that’s probably the best place to start.

Feel like it’s just bugged beyond belief similar to how grenade damage can’t be scaled on Exposure. Rogue is riddled with bugs atm and honestly struggling to even like it this season. Playing flurry death trap build with grenades but only the opportunist grenades do damage and even then half the time they don’t even spawn on the boss. May just reroll to necro blood lance with new chest.

Yeah trying to break stealth as much as possible with lethal dusk and Oppurtunist leads to missed grenades. Clusters have 4, even when using evade grenades I still miss mobs sometimes as the thing I evade through isn’t hit by grenades unless it moves.

The radius and random nature of how they drop is awful. You would think with Flurry or melee it would throw them out forward on top of enemies… giving up in rogue for the season. Moved to Blood Lance Necro since quite a bit I havent tried since the pre season with it and really enjoying that atm.
