Anyone know ballpark or exact distance of Dash? Like 5, 10, etc meters? Curious for how it plays into the Impetus skill which gives bonus damage after 15 meters.
i would say somewhere between 5 and 10 meters from what i saw in beta.
On the subject of the impetus skill all i can picture is all the rogues running around in small circles to proc the 15 meters moved buff when fighting world bosses 
I can’t remember where I heard it, but I believe a full screen at 16:9 is considered 15 meters. I used Dash extensively on PC during the beta and if memory serves me correctly, I believe I could Dash about 1/3 of the screen at a time.
