Rogue "preparation" specialization is not working

Hi,

Actually it’s impossible to select the last specialization of rogue (“preparation”).
The specialization seems not selected in the screen but at the end it is partially :

  • The CD refresh of skills after ultimate usage is working fine
  • The CD reduction of the ultimate when the player is using 100 energy is not working at all

Please take a look because atm this specialization is not usable

私も同じ現象が起きています。コアスキルをどれだけ使用しても、クールダウンが減りません。全く効果ない。

I’m having this exact same problem, I select it. Kill a few mobs and it deselects itself

If spend a hundred mana, it works, BUT if you interrupt your spend with a basic skill, it resets the count.
I really hope that is not intended. You have to sit there and Generate a full tank of energy before you can spend it.
Horrible gameplay style…

As of now it’s still bugged. If you spend 100 energy without interruption, it reduces the ult no issue. But if I use Puncture in between my energy spending; it doesn’t reduce the ultimate cooldown. Please fix this
