Would it be better if Inner sight was its own ability that you could activate?
Sure it might need to build up a bit slower to compensate but right now i find this spec quite underwhelming in its current form.
It does need some sort of activation to be useful. Its powerful, but only if your target is standing still so can spam, imo. So you really need to be able to time it, otherwise its pretty much trash.
Inner Sight also doesn’t record mana spend during infinite mana state. Rendering mana spend triggers- such as Banished Lord’s Talisman, borderline useless.
