Rogue feels very weak and all builds are lacking lot of damage compared to other classes

I’m not even joking, currently my PTR Rogue does one billionth of the damage that my PTR Druid does. Could you at least increase Rogue damage by 1000x so I only does one millionth as much?
barb and druid and sorc does 50X more dmg then rogue 
Cousin Oliver does more damage than Rogues these days. They’ve just completely forgotten about that class these days and failed to understand just how much the incidental CC was driving the power of the class.
