Played about 60 hours this season and only have enough exquiste blood for 5 Lord Zir battles. This is making it very hard and tiresome to get the Scoundrels Kiss, as none have dropped. On researching the issue it appears to be a problem of poor drop rate for over a year and still not fixed.
Your best bet is to gamble for it at the Purveyor of Curiosities.
With 2500 I bet you’ll get one on first try.
Might not be a great one but will get you going till a better one drops.
The game is horribly weighted against some of the better items in their Ancestral form dropping let alone GAing the proper affix.
Dude, I’ve gambled more than a thousand times at the Purveyor and not gotten any Unique, let alone a GA Unique, let alone the one that I was looking for. While Blizzard claims it’s a thing , at the moment genuinely isn’t a thing.
Gambling has been nerfed to near uselessness in s7.
I’ve had the best luck this season with the unique undercity tributes since they drop like crazy from the lunar bags. You can lower the torment if needed for the tribute runs too, since filling the attunement meter is what matters the most.
