I have my Rogue Barrage up to Level 98 and she still dies at Tier 60 where I am unable to finish the tier. I have all the gear, skills and Paragon boards as per MaxRoll. The damage is incredible, but the survivability sucks, often getting one-shotted, and if I am CC’d, it is instant death. As a comparison, my whirlwind barbarian which is the weakest class this season can EASILY clear a Tier 92 at level 100. How can the Rogue Barrage be ranked as an S Tier build, and not even be able to clear Tier 60? Is the Twisted Blades just as squishy? If so, HOW is it even possible to do higher tiers?
rogue is the worst class to push high level dungeons

I feel that the Maxroll builds are, at times, questionable.
I have seen some barrage builds capitalising on very unique mechanics for survival (stuns when surrounded, 7 guaranteed dodges, traps etc), which work fantastically.
Don’t follow maxroll rogue Barrage build, the guy that made it doesn’t even know how to play rogue. I lol’d seeing the barrage Paragon board at maxroll.

My guess is you are missing a life heal component like the stolen vigor/momentum or victimize/passive combo.
Curious about what damage does each of your barrage arrow do to frozen and un-chilled enemies? Just want a point of reference for my own-brewed build.
Maxroll has really been dropping the ball with d4 builds. Try mobalytics. Heck i had a better time with icy veins builds.
Well, I have tried several different variants and although I am a little more tankier now, I still cannot get anywheres past Tier 60, and this is now at 99, almost level 100. This build is great at killing, but really bad at survival in higher tiers. This makes me really wonder WHY this build was ranked as an S Tier build where in reality it should only be ranked at B due to its survivability, and I am assuming that the TB build would be the same as it apparently has the same survivability. Next season is supposed to be the season of the Rogue, god, I hope not as this will be the last time I play this class. There is no fun dishing out massive damage if you get one-shot by one friggin spear in Tier 60, lol. This class is now dead to me!
I think Twisting Blades + Stolen Vigor aspect makes that build much less squishy than you are currently feeling.
And maybe not to assume too much, but what are your glyphs currently at? Do you use Territorial at all?

Twisting blade, plus stolen vigor, plus temerity if you have it is basically sleep walk through nm dungeons.
Have you tried out concealment with the healing skill? I use it and it helps a ton. Then again i am also a trap rogue with preparation so im in stealth a lot.
Edit: you know now that i think about it, you should try it. Stealth helps so much with positioning. You can be inside a monster and they still wont attack you.

The S Tier ranking on Maxroll, at least according to how that guys is speccing it, is completely cooked and absolutely BS.
You could watch some of the players on YouTube. I honestly think barrage is actually quite difficult to build, and you need to get really creative with survival. Try YouTube there are plenty of decent barrage builds.

Your survivability comes down to your armour and DR on your gear and Paragon. Do you have anywhere near close to 9,000 armour before disobedience and multiple sources of DR?
Agree with the 9000 armor threshold as this is required to achieve the 85% damage reduction from armor cap at T100 after full stacks of Disobedience and a 900 armor boost from Iron Skin Elixir.
I used the Maxroll Barrage build but needed to make modifications to increase defense for high tier NM dungeon. I swapped No Witness paragon board for Cunning Stratagem (with Exploit) and Eldritch Bounty for Cheap Shot (with Efficacy) as these two boards have a lot of Armor and DR nodes. I also put Diminish glyph on Tricks of the Trade for increased armor and Efficacy on Cheap Shot for increased DR against slowed enemies as both these glyphs boost defensive rare nodes nearby significantly.
Just cleared NM98 with Barrage on Eternal Realm so armor, DR and life nodes on the paragon board make a big difference. Good luck.

TB Rogue isn’t any more squishy than every other Rogue. I’ve been clearing T60+ solo since mine was level 70. Get armor & DR everywhere you can
