Log in with 10k attack. Teleport somewhere, group with another player, go to a zone, Attack power drops to 7357. Relogging fixes it, sometimes a death.
Do you have anything that gives you conditional buffs? Skills, paragon, legendary powers, etc? There are many of them in the game.
Like: increase your crit chance by 10% for every second that you have not crit, or something like that?
Something that would increase your damage when you have not done damage in a while, or when there are no mobs near you, etc.
No. I checked that to be sure. Killed all paragon to swap some stuff around, still had the random changes without any assigned. Less, but some
Only thing I can think of would be to remove all your gear, and then put it back on, one piece at a time.
Several people have reported weird things like that, and removing and re-equipping the gear has fixed it for them.

After a few more gear swaps and frustration, it seems to be a calculation problem with the Edgemaster’s Scorpion Crossbow. I was running a different crossbow without issue, however, swapped back to is and here we go again. It’s like the game forgets about calculating the 183 dexterity at random.
fluctuation with the edgemaster aspect is normal tho.
you say when you log in, or die or whatever else fixes it… well that makes sense considering edgemaster’s is based on your energy. when you relog or die you have max energy. giving you the max bonus from the aspect.
Shouldn’t it count up from base though, not subtract off 30%? Though power/energy doesn’t seem to be a contributing factor.
