Chance for Core skills to Cast twice - not working with Quill Volley core skill like it was in season 6 until bugfixed. Fix it again (not funny) please! Rod of kepeleke keeps SB from competing with other classes with power. New 2.0 and 2.1 patch is about new class called Spiritborn and its weakest class in season 8 by pit clears and belial killing.

im not talking about bugged TZIC rune and alot of other known bugs, just fix Rod and let compete SB with other classes, thank you.
UPD: Fixed in the patch, now kepeleke gives 2nd strike as intended. For some reason any SB build is worse then any worst build of all classes.
