After being nerfed into the ground in S7, the Rod of Kepeleke gets a much-needed (small) buff:

Rod of Kepeleke

  • Damage bonus per point of Vigor increased from 0.10-0.50% to 0.15-0.75%.

Wait, what did y’all think I meant?
